How cancellations work and when we may issue a refund.
This Refund Policy governs all subscription purchases made through the Temple Girl Kids app or website. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
Temple Girl Kids subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the channel where you purchased (website, App Store, or Google Play). After cancellation, you will continue to have the same level of access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, partial use of a billing period, or after you have received the service during a paid period, except in the limited circumstances described in this policy.
Payments made through our website via Razorpay follow this policy: fees are non-refundable except where we determine that a technical failure prevented access to the service, or where you were charged twice for the same subscription period. Email support@templegirl.com with your Razorpay Payment ID and a clear description of the issue.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are governed entirely by Apple's policies. We are not able to issue refunds for App Store purchases — any refund request must be submitted directly to Apple.
Apple's decision is final. For cancellation (to stop renewal), manage your subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are governed by Google's policies. We are not able to issue refunds for Play Store purchases directly.

Approval is not guaranteed except where duplicate charging is verified. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where possible.
If a website refund is approved, we typically initiate it within 2 business days of approval. Credits to your bank or UPI may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
For questions about this policy or subscription billing:
